Although I cannot wholly understand women, as a male, I am in awe of their resilience and strength. They augment existence, living to inspire growth through change, transforming pain into pure wonder - evident in giving birth. Therefore, I find it saddening to see various women from all around the world attempt to sculpt themselves so rigorously to fit an image, as if what they naturally are isn't already spectacular. The feminine is not something with one face and body, especially not one relative to the eyes of the collective culture. The feminine is an astonishing force beyond any ideals of beauty we can model, let alone fathom. The only time I think I've ever seen the face of this powerful energy was when I'd make love with her, and even then it wasn't to be seen but touched, spiritually felt throughout the very essence of my masculine energy.
